📏 Please check your dog’s size before placing an order.

We do not cover return shipping costs if you order the wrong size or colour. These costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

However, if we’ve made an error (e.g. sent the wrong item), we will cover return shipping expenses.

🗓️ Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
With tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🔄 How to Request a Return

Return packages must be sent to:

Please do not return items without first contacting us — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

📦 Exchanges

We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to size or colour errors made by the customer.
If the mistake was on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

In its original condition
Unworn and unused
With tags and original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
