How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Can I wash my paracord products?

Paracord has the advantage that it does not rot when wet and also dries quickly. Therefore, you can wash the collar/leash, but please follow these instructions:

- For best results, we recommend you soak the collar/leash for 2 hours in warm water with gentle detergent (for example, wool detergent).
- Then wash at 30°C in the "easy care" setting.
- Please note that frequent washing accelerates the aging process and will reduce the intensity of the colours.

At the moment we only deliver to countries within the European Union. - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.


Why is my desired product not available or out of stock?

We always strive to make sure we have all our products stocked. Because our production is based in Spain and Europe, such delays may happen as we believe in a safe and sustainable work environment. Can I change my order?

If you already have our confirmation email, then unfortunately the order cannot be changed. If you notice you have made some error in your order, then please email us at with the relevant order number.


Why have I not received a shipping confirmation?

After you place your order, you should immediately receive your order confirmation email. After 24 hours at the latest you will also receive a shipping confirmation email. This is only for working days as orders cannot be shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. If after 2 working days you still haven't received your shipping confirmation email, then please get in touch


When will my order arrive?

Within Spain - 2 to 3 business days. Rest of Europe - 3 to 4 business days.


How can I track my package?

You will receive a shipment number with your shipping confirmation email, that can be used to track your order status.


My shipment is incomplete or I received a wrong product

Please check if the missing product is listed in your order confirmation / packaging slip. If the product is listed but missing from your order then please reach out to us at


How do I exchange an item?

If there is some mistake in the order - for example if the collar does not fit your dog perfectly then please email us with the invoice Number and a brief description of the problem. (please note that for an exchange, the products must not be used and must be in new condition)


Is return shipping free of charge?

If an exchange takes place because of an error on our end, then we will pay for return shipping costs.
